Isn't it gorgeous? I like bossa nova, but this one's the BEST. I just clicked on this blog incidentally while searching the web for a good English translation, although I'm sure none could be as pretty as the Portuguese. I understand the song more or less though from knowing Spanish. You should check out my favorite version of it done by Rosa Passos accompanied by Yo-Yo Ma on Ma's CD called Obrigado Brazil.
